Multi-disciplinary coordination for seamless integration
The success of the project relied on close coordination between multiple stakeholders: architects, joiners, technicians, and electricians. This collaboration ensured a discreet, aesthetic, and fully functional integration of audiovisual equipment, perfectly aligned with the overall interior design.

High-definition video distribution :
- Epson video projector, discreetly integrated into the ceiling using a motorized Oray pantograph
- Sony confidence monitor at the back of the room, dedicated to visitors and audience members
- 22 return screens (17”) for optimal speaker visibility
- Barco presentation system with seamless wireless sharing capabilities
Optimized sound system :
- Ceiling-mounted Audac sound system ensuring even sound coverage
- Televic wireless gooseneck microphones for clear and intelligible discussions
- Televic assisted listening system for hearing-impaired users
Advanced capture and control :
- Panasonic cameras with automatic tracking based on active speakers
- Panasonic video mixer enabling both automatic and manual camera control
- Extron automation and AV signal distribution system: presentation management, content distribution, and conference recording
Centralized and intuitive management
All audiovisual equipment is controlled through a centralized automation system, enabling:
- Audio and video flow management
- Lighting control
- Blind control
